Terms & Condition
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are allowed to return the item or ask for replacement provided that it is initiated within 30 days from the time of receipt. Please note that terms and conditions apply.
Purchased items through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, or items damaged through customer mishandling are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For us to refund or replace items, returned products should be in the same condition when first received. Make sure that the tag is intact. Used items can not be returned or replaced.
All fees for shipping back items should be handled by you. We shall not be liable for any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the parcel.

Damaged Goods Policy
For damaged items during transit, you are required to submit proofs such as photos and videos. Please send them to email@example.com. Your proof will help us decide with the best options to offer you. In most cases, damaged items are replaced.
Refunds will be made automatically through your credit card or your original method of payment. We start processing refunds as soon as it is approved and the processing time should take a couple of days. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your bank directly if you feel like your refund is taking too long to reflect in your account.
You can change your mind and cancel your order within 24 hours without questions asked! However, cancellations made beyond 24 hours will have to be delivered before you can ask for a return.
